It is used in making Hot White Chocolate.
Drink 200 ml (1 glass) of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;
30 g Chocolate Drink Powder (3 teaspoons heaping) - Sugary, thick consistency.
25 g Chocolate Drink Powder (2.5 teaspoons heaping) - Medium sugar, medium thick consistency.
20 g Chocolate Drink Powder (2 teaspoons heaping) - Less sugary, less dense in consistency.
Drink 1 liter of milk (pasteurized, sterilized) or water;
150 g Chocolate Drink Powder (6 heaped tablespoons) - Sugary, thick consistency.
125 g Chocolate Drink Powder (5 heaping tablespoons) - Medium sugar, medium thick consistency.
100 g Chocolate Drink Powder (4 tablespoons heaped) - Low sugar, less dense consistency.
Note: 1 heaped teaspoon is measured as 10g on average, and a tablespoon is measured as 25g.
Preparation of:
Prepare the desired amount of Chocolate Drink Powder with cold milk or water and cook it on a medium heat, stirring constantly. Care must be taken not to burn during cooking.
Machine Preparation:
If the kebab is to be prepared in a machine with a heater, add cold milk or water first and then add it to the Chocolate Drink Powder. The machine is started. It is served when the mixture in the machine reaches 80-90 ºC. It is a service recommendation.
