Bizim Toptan, which completed its establishment in 2001 and started its activities in 2002, is the largest company in terms of number of stores and the most widespread in terms of accessibility in the Cash & Carry (Organized Wholesale Trade) sector, operating with 174 stores in 70 of our 81 provinces.
The company started its activities in 2002 with 14 stores. As of the end of 2017, Bizim Toptan has 174 stores across the country. Company; carries out wholesale of brands with high consumer awareness of national and international companies operating in Turkey in main product categories such as food, non-alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, cleaning, personal care and paper products.
Wholesalers, merchants, grocery stores, convenience stores, supermarkets, specialized retailers, hotels, restaurants and cafes; It constitutes the general customer portfolio of the company. The company sells to commercial taxpayers and individual customers with membership cards.
In addition, Bizim Toptan, which purchased a business partnership supply system in July 2014, became the pioneer and the only company in the sector to have a business partnership supply system by undertaking the supplier of member markets within this system.
Bizim Toptan meets the needs of customers in the cash&carry market with approximately 4,700 product types across the country and an average of 3,000 stock items per store. It is possible to group the product portfolio of the Company as branded products and private label products. Approximately 95% of the SKUs offered for sale are branded products and 5% are private label products.
Bizim Toptan, which has a strong partnership structure with the contributions of Yıldız Holding, was offered to the public in 2011 and its shares began to be traded on the Borsa Istanbul. Acting with a cash-generating growth strategy and continuously increasing its prevalence throughout the country, Bizim Toptan continued to increase its store network in 2017 in line with its strategic plans.
Bizim Toptan, fulfilling its obligations to its shareholders, earned a gross of 14.150.000 TL from its 2011 profit; 12,480,000 TL gross from 2012 profit; 12,692,000 TL from the profit of 2013; Gross 2,070,000 TL cash from 2014 profit; It also distributed a gross dividend of TL 3,950,000 from its 2015 profit. No dividends were distributed from the profit of 2016 within the framework of the company's current growth policy. On the other hand, Bizim Toptan's Board of Directors decided to increase its issued capital by TL 20,000,000 (by 50%) in 2017, all of which would be covered by previous years' profits. At the meeting of the Capital Markets Board dated 21.09.2017 and numbered 34/1133, Bizim Toptan's application for a bonus issue was approved.
As of 04.10.2017, new shares for the capital, which was increased by 50% free of charge, were transferred to the accounts of the shareholders.
