With the arrival of the new year, the interest in different recipes began to increase. #Coffee is one of the most sought after recipes. Recipes with ginger cream, marshmallows and cinnamon stand out among the most popular recipes. Here are the New Year's coffee recipes that Top Roasters has prepared for you;
New Year's Mocha;
30 ml of Paulig espresso
1.5 dl of steamed milk
2 cl Chocolate sauce or 1 Tazza stick
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Gingerbread Cream*
Add chocolate syrup to the bottom of the glass. Make a single #espresso in a glass. Gently froth the milk and pour over the espresso. Finish with ginger cream and garnish with cinnamon and gingerbread. You can add marshmallows if you want.
New Year's Filter Coffee;
60 grams of coffee
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
Ginger Whipped Cream
Add the spices to the ground coffee in the filter machine and prepare the filter coffee as you normally would. Finish with ginger cream and garnish with cinnamon and gingerbread. Make sure you wash your coffee pot or thermos very well to prevent the spices from sticking.
