In order for people who truly understand coffee to better define the coffee they taste, the specialty #coffee association called Specialty Coffee Association Of America has drawn up an aroma map after three years of work. In this map, the connection of the aromas it contains to the special aromas, including the aromas that emerge depending on the roasting rate, and all the aromas gained by the coffee are included.
